For anyone picking up their new Snoozy, this is a great first place to camp at while you figure everything out.  It is about 45 to 50 minutes from the LS factory.  It is a nice wooded campground but also on a huge lake with a fishing pier.  They have a little store with various supplies and fishing supplies. In the summer they rented kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards.  Not sure other parts of the year.  The town of Santee is only a few minutes away and if you are like us and came from a distance (NJ) the town has a variety of hotels to stay.  We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express.  There is also a Tesla Supercharging station for any Model X owners across the street.  A really cool little store next to Holiday Inn is the Santee General Store.  It had a variety of fishing / camping supplies and a variety of local foods and sauces.

After staying the night in Santee, drove to Santee SP in the morning to pick our site and then headed to the Snoozy factory for pickup.  You won't have to drive on any busy highways to get from LS to Santee (mostly Route 6) and they have several pull through sites so you won't even need to figure out how to back it in yet for your first campsite.

The campground store also had a day room with TV, a view overlooking the lake, and free wifi.

Another reason to pick a campground within 50 miles of the LS factory is that the Wesco trailer base highly recommends that you re-tighten the wheel lugs to 90lbs at 50 and 100 miles with a torque wrench.  I would say almost all the lugs needed tightening at both intervals and then not much after that.
