Stabilizer Jacks
The Crank is fairly small but works well. Approximately 10 turns to put down.

Actually I did the same thing Dave, had just forgotten. Thanks for reminding me. Been a while since I've camped after my recent TKR on my left knee. I purchased and use the "Socket Jenie" for raising and lowering the popup roof and got it confused with the stabilizer jacks. Anyway, nice job Dan. Seems the factory would put them on as standard equipment. I would definatley add them regardless.

I do like my Jacks! So much better than messing with the free standing ones. No need to get down on my knees! And the pads are worth the extra money.

Thanks for the Tip but for all the more effort it is to crank it down by hand, it's not worth the money or extra weight to take a 1/2" chuck drill.

Greg, I simply cut the handle off with a hacksaw, and use my drill to raise & lower the stabilizers.

You can buy a bit that will allow you to raise lower it with your drill bit. I have them on my popup and it's fast. I'll see if I can find the info on the part. If and when I get my Snoozy this will definately be an addition for stability and leveling.

Good job and good photos. If you bought the pack of 4 landing pads I will buy the other two from you.

I can do that. PM your address to me.
