For the most part I will leave it on. I never thought of how it might fair in a brush type car wash. I normally wash at home by hand and use hand held spray washes in-between.

I like your mounts. Thanks for the detailed list of parts. I may go this way at some point. It is a lot better than drilling holes in the Snoozy shell. Do you plan to leave it on the car all the time?
Will it do OK in a car wash?
