That is the same as mine came with. I didn't look at the manual but it said 6 amps on the front of the unit. If 59 amp hours is all it will do, our batteries probably never got fully charged. My battery is a marine deep cycle and lists cranking amps and not amp hours. From what I read it is not a true deep cycle but a dual purpose.

My 2014 Snoozy came with a factory installed Schumacher Model XC6-CA/1.5A Battery Charge Controller. Based on the owners manual, It has a recommended rated capacity of 22 to 59 Amp Hours for Lead-Acid Batteries.
